The Objectives of the VGT@Work pilot project are to

1. built up the capacity in the institutions of the two African partners in two targeted geographic areas: Western Africa and Botswana so that they can
2. develop their operational environmental monitoring services based on the exploitation of the VGT4Africa products delivered through the EUMETCast system; and
3. ensure the sustainability after project completion by ensuring autonomy of African staff.
